The self-service action revokes StoryFactory's TikTok authorization and removes the connection and upload metadata associated with this browser session.
Self-service deletion
This revokes the current access token when possible and removes the access token, refresh token, account identifier, approved scopes, token metadata, and temporary upload-session records stored for this browser session.
Request deletion by email
If you no longer have access to the original browser session, email [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request”. We may request limited information needed to locate and verify the relevant record.
TikTok account settings
You can also review or remove connected applications from your TikTok account settings. The self-service button above attempts to revoke the authorization directly through TikTok before deleting StoryFactory's stored record.
Retention
Active authorization and temporary upload metadata are removed after a valid deletion action. Infrastructure security or diagnostic logs may remain for a limited period according to the service provider's retention policies.
